     I will start this article with an analogy about a young man who had no money and wanted to start a farm. We will call him Abner(Ab for short name). Now here is Ab’s story:

     Ab lived on a small piece of rent property and had a dream of being a successful farmer some day. He chose a section of his small yard for a very small garden. He went to the store and bought groceries including some fresh green beans, some fresh squash and some fresh tomatoes.

      Now Ab was pretty sharp so he set a sample of each of these items aside and opened them up and let them dry into seeds. He ate the remaining veggies with his meals. When the time was right and the seeds were ready he planted them in small starter pots he had made from empty containers.

     Ab found that he had way more plants than he could use in his small garden. Up came a bright idea so he went to friends and neighbors and asked to start a small garden in their yard offering them a portion of the produce for rental of the space.

     Ab sold the excess produce and was able to save some money there as well as saving from his regular job and was eventually able to get his own real estate where he was able to prosper very well.
